Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not meet the minimum required number of participants, aviainheroes reserves the right to cancel the contest. In such cases, all entry fees will be fully refunded to the participants.
Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues, server problems, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the contest from being conducted fairly, aviainheroes may cancel the contest. Participants will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded.
Violation of Rules: If a contest is canceled due to violations of our Fair Play Policy or any other rules by participants, refunds may not be issued to those involved in the violation.
